If I could give Charlotte Gove 10 stars I would. She drove me and my lady 180 miles round trip, several times to check a property in St. Anthony, ID. I don't know anyone like that. Then gave me a wonderful gift package when I signed the title. Don't go to any other real estate agency, stop at Rocky Mountain and ask for Charlotte. "Done Deal"

We worked with Charlotte Gove about a year ago. She Is AMAZING!!!! She was so knowledgeable and patient. She didn't try to pressure us into a home we weren't fully happy with, unlike our previous agent. She made sure we were happy with our purchase months after we had moved in. Charlotte was great and very patient while working with us. We were looking for something particular within a certain price range. She never gave up and would continue to send us homes that fit our criteria. Once we found that house, she was very attentive, even visiting with us after hours to make sure our questions were answered and the proper documents were signed. She continued to work through the home buying process then was very active while trying to sell our home. She was able to acquire an offer within two weeks of listing and we were happy and relieved to be able move comfortably into our new home.
